Some of the most recent DVD movie releases in November 2005 include the Aliens of the Deep (James Cameron's documentary about the life in the deep sea), Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (the last movie released under the Star Wars franchise), The Perfect Man (a comedy movie starring Hilary Duff and Chris Noth), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the remake of the 1971 movie Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory"), Christmas With the Kranks (a Christmas comedy film starring Tim Allen and Jamie Lee Curtis), Madagascar (a computer-animated film featuring the voices of Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer, and Jada Pinkett Smith), The Skeleton Key (a suspense-thriller motion picture casting Kate Hudson, Gena Rowlands, and John Hurt), Stealth (an action packed movie about a pilotless fighter plane), War of the Worlds (Steven Spielberg's latest movie about alien invasions on Earth), Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo (a comedy film with Rob Schneider in the leading role), March of the Penguins (a documentary about the emperor penguin narrated by Morgan Freeman), Mr. & Mrs. Smith (Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie starred in this action packed film), and Sky High (a Walt Disney production about high school superheroes).
According to Home Media Retailing, the top fifteen most rented videos in the US are the following: Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, Bewitched, Batman Begins, House of Wax, Kingdom of Heaven, Herbie: Fully Loaded, The Sisterhood/Pants, The Interpreter, The Amityville Horror, Kicking & Screaming, Millions, The Longest Yard, Robots, Fever Pitch, and Melinda and Melinda.
